MOKIT

A spatial design system consisting of a clamp connector as its core element. It can be used to combine rod stock, such as wood or aluminum, to create bigger installations or furniture - adaptable, reusable, and easily transportable.

MOKIT enables these constructions on an affordable basis, as each part of the clamp can be manufactured extremely economically, thanks to extensive research into 3D-printing functional parts with new polyamide materials.

The project has been awarded the IKEA Design Prize in 2017.
